Jasper Ref

Jasper is my second fursona, a river otter. Their fur color will possibly change if my own hair color does (mine is blue at the moment). Unlike Jess who's preferred pronouns are she/they, Jasper's preferred pronouns are they/she/he (I still personally prefer she/they for myself). They love bells and their little yellow/purple loom turtle named Jeff. THEIR PAWPADS ARE THE SAME AS THE LIGHTEST COLOR SHADE (Light blue). I forgot. ;w;
